We do not require a minimum order to purchase. We do charge a minimal handling fee. Shipping charges will be added to each order and any necessary shipping insurance. Orders may be placed by phone, our online secure shopping cart, or email. If sending payment with order, please call ahead for your total with shipping. If you need an order rushed to go out the same day, you must call by 11:00 am Central time to guarantee it. We cannot guarantee online orders to go out the same day. Make sure to relate any special shipping instructions at time of order. When ordering, please have your order ready, and make sure it is complete. If you discover that you have left something off your order or you discover that you have entered incorrect information by mistake, please call us as soon as possible rather than email and we will try to correct your order. We can not guarantee that it will be part of your order if too much time has elapsed and may have to be treated as a new order and shipped separately. All orders will be shipped as soon as we receive payment. Payment may only be made with a valid credit card, Money Order, or a Certified Cashier’s Check. Once order is placed, we will e-mail your total with shipping. Credit card orders ship out as soon as they are processed. We are not responsible for any delays due to credit card declines, check declines, lost mail, etc. Tax is added to orders that are placed by customers in Illinois, and Kansas that have not furnished us with their completed & signed exemption certificate.

We offer several price breaks on larger quantity purchases, especially of our wax. If you are interested in even larger quantities, or special order items, please feel free to contact us.


If you pay by credit/debit card, the name on the credit/debit card must match the name on your account, and the address must match the billing address of your credit/debit card. If the shipping address is not the same as the credit card billing address, please note this when ordering. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express and all credit cards will have to be called in. Declined credit/debit card orders will delay processing your order. In the event that your credit/debit card is declined, we will contact you. All declined orders will be discarded within 1 week of the date it was placed. Sorry, we no longer accept regular checks. We are only able to accept Money Orders or Certified Cashier’s Checks. Our shopping cart does not ask for credit card numbers, so if you already have a credit on file with us, please email us with the last four digits of your credit card. Otherwise, please call us with your credit card #, expiration date, and security code.

After careful consideration, and in line with changing industry practices, DPS Wax, Inc. must implement a 2.52% credit card fee for VISA, MasterCard and Discover and a 3.0% credit card fee for all American Express cards for all orders over $500.00 effective January 6, 2022. We would like to encourage all of our customers to use (ACH) or electronic bill pay. Attached you will find an ACH authorization form. Please take the time to download, print, fill out the form and return to DPS Wax, Inc. along with a copy of your voided check. You will not have to pay any fee for this service. Your support and cooperation in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.


We will accept returns of non-consumable products within 30 days of your original purchase if you are not satisfied. Returns must be received in good, un-used condition in order to be accepted. If items are not received in re-salable condition, they may not be accepted or credited. Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor and credit-card fees we have incurred. In-store credit only is issued, no cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued unless due to an error on our part. Unless there was an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. The following merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. Due to sanitary reasons, this includes: FRAGRANCES, ALL SAMPLE WAXES, EPSOM SALTS, OR ANY CONSUMABLE PRODUCT. For this reason, we recommend ordering sample sizes of these products (when available) before buying a larger quantity.


The shipping charges on our web page are only an estimate. The valid shipping total will be reflected on your final invoice, but will not show up on your cart total. If you need an accurate shipping total, you may call us or we will call you or e-mail your invoice to you.

UPS – All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped UPS ground. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order. Rush orders will be charged the current UPS rates on specified method (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Next Day Saturday Delivery). We no longer send shipments COD. If you place your order by phone, we will call or e-mail you with the total when we have added the appropriate shipping cost. Be sure you include any apartment numbers, lot numbers or suite numbers to your shipping address. UPS charges an extra fee if this information is not included or if this information is not accurate. If you should fail to include this information, you will be charged this fee.

Canada– We cannot ship COD. Please be aware that additional charges will be assessed by customs at the border. We cannot estimate these fees prior to shipping.

Postal – We offer postal shipping only to insurable areas outside the continental United States. Postal shipments can take extra time to ship out. Priority Mail & Surface Mail are available to Hawaii & Alaska. Parcel Post Air (4-7 days) & Parcel Post Surface Mail (4-6 weeks) are available outside of the US. We will not be responsible for any USPS shipments that are lost or damaged in shipment, as we have no way of tracking the package.

Freight Carriers – Delivery by a trucking company can be arranged on larger orders. We have a 70-80% discount with some trucking companies. Or if you prefer, you are welcome to arrange for your own freight company to pick up your order instead.

Local Pick-up – You may schedule your order for pick-up during regular business hours. The order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. The office is for pick-ups only and may not take walk-in orders.

Delivery – Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 25% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part. If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, DO NOT ACCEPT it from the carrier. Contact us IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage, spillage or breakage. All packages leave our warehouse in good condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must get a Claim Number from the carrier. If this is a trucking company and part of the order is missing, please note it IMMEDIATELY on the shipping papers.

Availability/Backorders – We make every attempt to keep all wax products in stock, but we can not guarantee their availability. If any items are out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or phone for instructions. At that time you will be given the option of choosing alternate items, canceling those items, shipping the partial order now and ship the remainder when the items are in stock or holding the whole order until all the items are in stock. There are no substitutes given on sale items or specials or close-out prices.

Fragrances/Specials/Sales – We do not keep fragrances in stock and it generally takes 2-3 weeks to get your fragrance. We like to offer our customers the freshest ingredients so it comes directly from the lab. All of our fragrances are sold by weight, not volume. Fill levels will vary according to the fragrance weight as they are sold by weight not volume. We have MSDS sheets available upon request. All fragrances are special ordered and will require a non-refundable deposit. Please allow ample time for orders of Fragrance (2-3 weeks) to arrive.


DPS Wax, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any certain product for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such products. DPS Wax, Inc. expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these products in any secondary products produced thereby. Although the products are usually consistent in quality, it is common in our industry for occasional variances to occur in products such as waxes and fragrances, therefore slight adjustments to your formulas or methods may be needed at times. Any instructions, directions or tips given on this site are strictly for informational purposes and are only helpful guidelines to be used as a starting point. This information is provided without warranty of any kind or fitness for a particular use or purpose. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to evaluate, test and determine the fitness and suitability of fragrance oils, etc. used in the customer’s final product(s). We cannot reimburse for materials used in testing products, such as fragrance oils, wax, or any other candle or soap supplies. Testing is a necessary part of candle making, and is the responsibility of the consumer.
